From Graphic to
Envoironmental Design

"Stop scribbling Edgar!” These three words were the most common word I’ve heard in school. My passion for sketching and drawing go back to my childhood. So, it’s not a surprise that when I had the chance to follow my passion by doing a three-year Graphic Designer course, I did. And the passion? Became love.

After I finished my internships at a design studio, I was offered a position, marking the beginning of what has been a 15 year career and counting!

Today, I focus on bringing visual ideas into the real world, creating designs that transform public spaces and guide collaborative teams of artists, architects, and builders. My work bridges imagination and reality, driving me to explore new creative challenges. No place is equal, no project can be the same. The client always expects something unique and I, through my expertise and experience, have always delivered. But for that, i need continuous personal and professional growth, knowledge, ability and skill.

I create and develop visual and artistic elements for public spaces, including concepts for monuments, city parks, welcome signs, roundabout interiors, and heritage restoration projects (such as fountains and churches), using several materials such as wood, hand-painted tiles, stone carving, and metalwork. My designs are not only visual representations of concepts for client approval and understanding; they are also used by painters, sculptors, construction workers, and architects as artistic guidance and technical specifications to bring them to life.

Designed digital illustrations for painters to transfer onto ceramic artworks, as well as packaging, tile mold castings, pattern designs, and serigraphic artworks. Later began pitching designs by presenting photomanipulated visuals of the final pieces in clients’ spaces, including houses, hotels, and resorts.
